MONITORING |
Monitoring developments is part of the process of facilitating decision making. It covers the exploration necessary for assessing situations (problem or opportunity). A system of monitoring developments concerns the relationships between a company and its external environment. The goal is to keep watch in order to anticipate, protect the company, and improve forecasting and the company's position in the market.
We produce a one or two page summary (with a frequency to be specified), which may include reference to other elements of the dossier, with a summary of comments on technical aspects and/or issues to do with competition, and suggestions for action. In the interests of ease of use, the information is in summary form, specific (date, sources etc), analyzed and structured, with key points concerning possible avenues of development highlighted.
